    After 28 february : 9000€

Cancellation Policy
To ensure the highest quality organization and due to the limited number of participant spots, the following cancellation policy applies to all registrations for the :
•⁠ ⁠Cancellations made more than 3 months before the event:
Eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
•⁠ ⁠Cancellations made between 1 and 3 months before the event:
Eligible for a 25% refund of the registration fee.
•⁠ ⁠Cancellations made less than 1 month before the event:
No refund will be issued under any circumstances.
Please note that organizational, hotel, logistical, and operational expenses are committed well in advance of the event. By completing the registration process, participants acknowledge and accept these cancellation conditions.
